Nadia Rivero is a Director of Talent Management at American Express. Under her leadership, her team drives transformation of employee capabilities through development of frameworks, programs and solutions that span campus recruiting, role definition, competency models, assessments, career paths and learning focused on accelerating American Express’ digital transformation. Nadia is a certified facilitator in multiple leadership training programs and has conducted workshops at national conferences. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and her Master’s degree in educational technology from Arizona State University.
