Ms. Meenoo Chahbazi is an attorney who advocates on behalf of employees with labor and employment law claims in Arizona and California. She is the founder of Chahbazi Law, where she represents employees in workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, whistleblower, and wrongful termination matters. She also focuses her practice on class action employment cases. Ms. Chahbazi previously worked as a Trial Attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where she litigated numerous cases on behalf of the Commission to obtain relief for victims of employment discrimination. Before working at the EEOC, she worked for a national class action law firm in Washington D.C. where she litigated class action, discrimination, False Claims Act, and whistleblower lawsuits. Ms. Chahbazi graduated from Harvard Law School and attended U.C. Berkeley as an undergraduate. Prior to beginning her litigation career, she clerked with Chief Justice Dana Fabe at the Alaska Supreme Court and with Judge Lawrence B. Hagel at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Ms. Chahbazi is admitted to the state bar in Arizona, California, Illinois, and the District of Columbia and currently practices law in Arizona and California.
